Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS or Freight to addresses in the continental US only. Tokarev USA will not be liable for damage, loss or theft of any order mishandled by the carrier. Please ensure your address is correct and complete before submitting any order. Tokarev USA does not guarantee delivery times based on estimates provided by any carrier or tracking information, as unforeseen circumstances beyond our control can affect the transit time of any order. 

 

Shipping information is sent automatically when your order is processed and shipping label generated, please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to make tracking information available. This information will be provided via email and can also be checked by logging into your account. 

 

Returns & Exchanges:

 

All sales of firearms are final, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on firearms. 

 

Parts, Accessories, and Magazines purchased from Tokarev USA may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

 

All items must be in NEW condition and in the original package. Any items that have been used, modified, or damaged due to abuse or negligence cannot be returned or exchanged. The customer is responsible for shipping expenses and must obtain a Return Authorization from Tokarev USA prior to returns being accepted. 

 

Refunds and Exchanges are not guaranteed and shall be issued at the discretion of Tokarev USA in either a full or prorated amount.

Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days from when your order is received. Factors such as severe weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in order processing. Please remit any required documentation in a timely manner to ensure your order is processed quickly.

Please be aware not all items are legal for sale and/or possession in all jurisdictions, and that Tokarev USA reserves the right to cancel and assess a restocking fee for any order we believe may violate federal, state, and local laws. All firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL, no exceptions. 

 

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Long Guns. 

 

You must be at least 21 to purchase Handguns, Lower Receivers*, and Pistol-Grip Shotgun style firearms.

 

Magazine Shipping Restrictions

Magazines over certain capacities may not be shipped to the following destinations:

California: No magazines over 10 rounds.

Illinois: No magazines over the below capacities will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in the following areas.

Aurora, Illinois: maximum capacity of 15 rounds.
Cook County, Illinois: maximum capacity of 10 rounds.
Chicago, Illinois: maximum capacity of 10 rounds.
Colorado: No magazines over 15 rounds.

Connecticut: No magazines over 10 rounds.

District of Columbia: No magazines over 10 rounds.

Hawaii: No magazines over 10 rounds.

Maryland: No magazines over 10 rounds.

Massachusetts: No magazines over 10 rounds.

New Jersey: No magazines over 10 rounds.

New York: No magazines over 10 rounds.

Vermont: No magazines over 10 rounds.
